1. About us

We supply:

•  Paver blocks (40mm/60mm/80mm ISI), RCC Hume pipes NP2/NP3 (150mm–1200mm), concrete bricks, fencing poles 5–8ft, route markers, electricity poles, benches

•  Disposable silver paper plates, dunga, thalis for weddings, langar, bhandara

2. Orders & pricing

•  Prices are quoted in INR and valid for 7 days unless confirmed

•  Bulk rates for disposable plates (pack of 20/40) and concrete items are ex-factory Mehatpur

•  All orders require 50% advance for manufacturing, balance before dispatch

•  GST extra as applicable

3. Delivery

•  We supply across Punjab, HP, Delhi and PAN India

•  Concrete products: dispatch in 7–14 days depending on size; transport charges at actual

•  Disposable plates: ready stock usually ships in 2–3 days

•  Delays due to weather, strikes, or transport issues are not our liability

4. Quality & returns

•  Concrete items are ISI standard where specified; inspect on delivery

•  Disposable plates are "leak-proof tested with hot dal" — report damage within 48 hours of receipt with photos

•  Custom-printed or custom-size items are non-returnable

•  Manufacturing defects will be replaced, not refunded, after verification

5. Use of website

•  Content and photos are our property; do not copy for resale

•  Do not misuse forms for spam

•  Site is hosted on GoDaddy; their Website Services Agreement applies to hosting

6. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, installation issues, or misuse of products. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by laws of India. Courts at Una, Himachal Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
